The Controllers
While ‘the controllers’ speak of their desire to control their own bodies, they have yet to demonstrate that they are capable of controlling their own mouths. They march for the perceived ‘right’ to have control over themselves when in reality they want control over others. They have proven that they cannot control themselves, they cannot control their mouths, they cannot control their own bodies, they cannot control their lusts, they cannot control their actions, they cannot control their hate, they cannot control their thoughts. Strange indeed how the controllers cannot see the hypocrisy of their rally rebel cry: we demand control. First, dear hypocrite, cast out the beam in your own eye before you demand that others accept your inability to control yourselves. Accept that as controllers you really desire and demand to be allowed to remain uncontrollable.
The ‘uncontrollables’ want a world without any guidelines, without any standards (whether law or moral). They demand a world without control, where everyone can do whatever they think is right outside of law and morality. This is anarchy. To add to their willfulness they want others to bear the burden of their actions. Spoiled children making demands that others should be held responsible to pay for their uncontrollable actions so that they can continue to be uncontrollable. I suggest that their banners should read: The ‘Uncontrollables’ Demand the Right for More Control.
He that hath no rule over his own spirit is like a city that is broken down, and without walls. (Proverbs 25:28)
Who have said, With our tongue will we prevail; our lips [are] our own: who [is] lord over us? (Psalm 12:4) Your lips are not your own, your bodies are not your own, your wombs are not your own, your destiny is not yours to control — shocker?
To those who have been indoctrinated with the fallacy that they have the right of control because of ownership, allow me to introduce you to thoughts contrary to ‘the right of control because of ownership’ is different from ‘the right of control because of possession.’ You possess a body; you do not own it! The owner of your body is the One who created your body. You answer to Him, it matters not whether you believe in God or you don’t believe in God, or you live by His word or you don’t live by His word: you are still responsible to your Creator and to His Word.
For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him: (Colossians 1:16)
Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created. (Revelation 4:11)
