The need of man to worship
Man not only worships and adores actors who play the parts of super heroes, but they worship the characters of these animated, video, avatars, and comic book characters – in their need to worship something and someone beyond themselves. Yet, the only true perfect, sinless, righteous man who was sent to live among men, Emanual, “God with us,” man refuses to acknowledge as Saviour and God, the Lord Jesus Christ. Man refuses and hates God. Man not only denies the existence of a righteous God but in a futile manner replaces the True God with a fallen, sinful man as his god.
